These Terms apply to the website http://mettlemingle.gr, the MettleMingle mobile app (Google Play and Apple App Store), and our physical space (gym, pilates studio, coworking lounge, café).

2. Our Services
Gym and group pilates classes
Coworking lounge (day passes and monthly memberships)
Complimentary self-service area with free coffee, tea and tap water
3. Account & App
An account is required to book classes, coworking time or check in.
Minimum age: 16 years.
You are responsible for the security of your login details.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed instantly or upon our written confirmation.
Payments are processed securely via our App.
Class packs, memberships and coworking passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Coffee, tea and tap water are free of charge to our members.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Gym & Pilates classes Cancel at least 6 hours before start → full credit returned
Late cancel or no-show → class deducted or charged
Coworking Day passes: non-refundable
Monthly coworking memberships: 30 days written notice to cancel
6. House Rules (when visiting us)
MettleMingle is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Every person must treat every other person with respect regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, sexual orientation or appearance.
Keep coworking areas quiet
Clean up after yourself (return cups to the designated area)
No outside food or drinks allowed (only our complimentary coffee, tea and tap water)
Proper sportswear and clean indoor shoes required for classes
Any behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome will result in immediate removal from the premises and possible termination of membership without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and app belongs to MettleMingle or its licensors and is protected by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for injuries, lost items, technical problems or schedule changes (confirmed bookings always remain valid).
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (mettlemingle.gr/privacy).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be published on the website and in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Governing Law
Greek law applies. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
